About Our Instructors
Seth Weston, Principal Instructor
Seth is a lifelong resident of Jonesboro. He graduated from Jonesboro High School and went on to Arkansas State University, graduating with a B.S.E. in Mathematics. Seth played trombone in his high school and college band programs. He met his wife, Ashley, in the ASU band.
Seth earned his real estate license in July of 2013 and his broker’s license in June of 2019. He is now proud to be the principal broker and co-owner of New Horizon Real Estate.
As the principal instructor for Real Estate Education Hub, Seth brings a wealth of real estate and brokerage knowledge to the classroom. In this role, he looks forward to helping advance the Arkansas real estate industry by providing excellent education to its practitioners.
Shana Pierce, Associate Instructor
Shana Pierce brings nearly 30 years of real estate experience to the classroom. As a University of Arkansas graduate, Arkansas broker, and Associate Instructor, she combines industry knowledge with practical, real-world experience to help make education relevant and useful.
Her teaching style is conversational and engaging, with an emphasis on helping real estate professionals understand how laws, regulations, ethics, and best practices apply to the situations they encounter every day.
